Javonte Jerome Wade, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 14, 2016, in Waycross, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 2:30 a.m., when Wade was approaching a car parked in the 200 block of Knight Avenue.
