Cameron Wilkins Jr., a 21-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 18, 2016, in Waycross, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Garlington Heights apartments, a public housing complex. Cameron, who was a father of seven, was shot along with Felicia Williams, a 32-year-old woman.
