Cynthia Ann Fields, a 62-year-old African American woman, tragically lost her life on July 27, 2018, in Savannah, Georgia. Cynthia was inside her home on Stratford Street when she was struck by a stray bullet during an exchange of gunfire between her grandson, Chantz Alexander Cooper, and Savannah police officers.
