On November 17, 2018, 25-year-old Jack Myles, a young African American man, was tragically shot and killed in Marietta, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Save & Go Food Mart located on Austell Road near Pat Mell Road. When officers arrived at the scene, they found Jack Myles lying on the ground with a gunshot wound. He was immediately transported to Kennestone Hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
