Gregory Jones, a 35-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 26, 2018, in Savannah, Georgia. He was found with multiple gunshot wounds on Augusta Avenue around 10:15 p.m. that night. Despite being rushed to Memorial Health University Medical Center, Gregory Jones succumbed to his injuries. The Savannah Police Department's Violent Crimes Unit immediately launched an investigation into his death.
