Phoenix Rajhad Lamar Odom, a 22-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on August 17, 2022, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of the morning, around 3 a.m., in the 800 block of West 38th Street, near Bulloch Street.
