In the early morning hours of August 17, 2022, the life of Phoenix Rajhad Lamar Odom, a 22-year-old African American male, was tragically cut short in Savannah, Georgia. Responding to reports of gunfire around 3 a.m., Savannah Police Department officers arrived in the 800 block of West 38th Street, near Bulloch Street, to a grim discovery.
