Troy Antwan Black, a 35-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on September 3, 2016, in Savannah, Georgia. The incident occurred in the 1200 block of East Bolton Street, where Black was fatally shot. The Savannah Police Department responded to reports of shots fired and found Black at the scene.
