In the late evening hours of September 3, 2016, in Savannah, Georgia, a string of violence unfolded that left one man dead and another injured. Troy Antwan Black, a 35-year-old male, was found deceased by police at a residence in the 1200 block of East Bolton Street. He had been fatally wounded by gunfire.
