On a late September evening in 2019, a night of leisure and entertainment turned into a scene of tragedy for 26-year-old Kevin Mcleod-Downer. The young man, a male, was with his girlfriend and two friends at the Round1 Bowling & Arcade inside the Mall at Stonecrest in Lithonia, Georgia.
