In the early morning hours of November 21, 2019, tragedy struck in Savannah, Georgia, when 45-year-old Leopoldo Corona was fatally shot. The incident occurred at a residence on Fairmont Avenue, where officers responded to a shooting call around 2 a.m. Upon their arrival, they discovered Corona suffering from life-threatening injuries to which he ultimately succumbed.
