Thomas "Choppa" Isaiah Harrold, a 34-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on January 18, 2020, in Albany, Georgia. Born on April 17, 1985, in Dougherty County, Thomas was the youngest of four children. He was known for his joyful personality, love for his family, and his dedication to his job at Cooper Tires Warehouse. Thomas was a graduate of Dougherty Comprehensive High School and later obtained his Commercial Driver’s License from Albany Technical College.
