Quintus Lamar Barnes, a 27-year-old Black male, was fatally shot in Albany, Georgia, in the early morning hours of Wednesday, September 2, 2020. The incident also left three other men wounded. At the time of the shooting, which occurred around 2 a.m. at a residence on East Residence Avenue, Barnes and the other victims were reportedly playing cards on the tailgate of a pickup truck.
