Tyneshia Denise Shelby

On a Sunday in late January 2020, 33-year-old Tyneshia Denise Shelby spent hours on the phone with her mother, Kimberly Henderson. The conversation only ended when a friend Tyneshia was expecting arrived at the Stockbridge, Georgia hotel where she was temporarily residing. She promised her mother she would call right back, but that was the last time they spoke. The following morning, on January 27, 2020, Tyneshia was discovered in her hotel room, having been fatally shot.
