In the early morning hours of July 5, 2020, a joyous Fourth of July celebration in Atlanta's Sweet Auburn neighborhood turned into a scene of chaos and tragedy. Joshua Ingram, a 20-year-old African American male and a sophomore at Georgia State University, was among the crowd gathered to watch fireworks.
