Carlos Davis II, a 15-year-old African American male from Atlanta, GA, tragically lost his life on March 4, 2018. The incident occurred at a home in the 800 block of Mercury Drive, NW, around 7:00 p.m. Carlos was at a friend's house when the shooting happened.
