In the late summer of 2020, the quiet life of a 60-year-old man, Earnest Manker, came to an unexpected and violent end in Savannah, Georgia. On Thursday, August 27, 2020, Manker was discovered in his black Chevrolet Malibu, which was parked near the scenic Forsyth Park at the intersection of Whitaker and Huntington streets.
