Earnest Manker, a 60-year-old African American man, was found dead in his vehicle near Forsyth Park in Savannah, GA, on August 27, 2020. The Savannah Police Department (SPD) responded to a call about a suspicious vehicle at the intersection of West Huntington and Whitaker streets. Upon arrival, officers discovered Manker deceased inside his black Chevrolet Malibu.
