Brian Lamar Sclafford-Clemons, a 37-year-old African American man, was tragically shot and killed on March 27, 2021, in Austell, Georgia. The incident occurred around 2:30 p.m. near a RaceTrac gas station on Austell Road at Elmwood Drive. Sclafford-Clemons was found in his car, which had been shot multiple times.
