Roderick Foster, a 28-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on February 15, 2017, in Austell, Georgia. The incident occurred at the Windwood Apartments, located on the 6900 block of Shenandoah Trail. On that fateful evening, a shootout erupted at the apartment complex, resulting in fatal injuries to both Roderick Foster and another victim, 26-year-old Deandre Brooks. Both men were transported to a local hospital, where they succumbed to their injuries.
