Death by Force

Jamar Antwan Walton, a 21-year-old African American male from Valdosta, GA, tragically lost his life on May 28, 2021. Walton was found shot in a bank parking lot across the street from Lucky’s Bar in Remerton, GA. He was transported to South Georgia Medical Center, where he later succumbed to his injuries. The incident also claimed the life of Sherrod Gore, a 23-year-old male from Adel, GA, who died at the scene. Witnesses reported that an altercation at the bar led to the shootings.
