Tovara Flowers, a 39-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on October 24, 2017, in Valdosta, Georgia. The incident occurred in the 600 block of East Jane Street at Ora Lee West. Flowers was shot five times in the back with a Rossi .38-caliber revolver.
