In the late morning of Sunday, May 3, 2026, the city of Valdosta, Georgia, was shaken by a tragic act of violence that claimed the life of 21-year-old Damani Bentley. A beloved son and cherished brother, Bentley was known for his kind heart and was just a few months away from starting a new chapter in his life at college.
