Marquivius Brockington, a 25-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on June 5, 2015, in Valdosta, Georgia. The incident occurred just before midnight on Fortress Circle, where police responded to reports of shots being fired. Upon arrival, officers were waved down by a female who reported hearing arguing and gunshots before seeing a person in dark clothing exit the house and fire several shots towards her.
