In the summer of 2021, the life of 26-year-old Terryl Jamal Coleman, an African American male, was tragically cut short in Savannah, Georgia. On the evening of June 11th, a chaotic scene unfolded at a public housing complex located on the periphery of the city's historic downtown district.
