Joseph VanderHouwen, a 25-year-old man, was last seen on July 10, 2014, in Lynnwood, Washington. Joseph, who was diabetic and required insulin, often experienced low blood sugar levels, which could lead to disorientation, seizures, and aggression. At the time of his disappearance, it is believed he may have been suicidal.
