Blake Haggins, a 17-year-old African American male from Tifton, Georgia, tragically lost his life on July 26, 2021. The incident occurred late at night when police responded to a call about shots fired on 13 1/2 Street. Shortly after, Blake Haggins was found in a yard on Garrison Avenue, having succumbed to a gunshot wound. His body was subsequently taken to the Georgia Bureau of Investigation (GBI) crime lab in Atlanta for an autopsy to determine the exact cause of death.
