Freddie Lee Battle, a 69-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on July 30, 2021, in Macon, Georgia. The incident occurred inside a home located at 7548 Bethel Church Road in Lizella, a suburb of Macon. Battle was shot and killed by his longtime friend, 60-year-old Christopher Leon Woods.
