On January 14, 2024, a fatal shooting occurred in the 1000 block of Triple Hill Drive in Macon, Georgia. Bibb County Sheriff’s Office deputies responded to a distress call reporting shots fired in the area at approximately 3:35 a.m. Upon arrival, they found 42-year-old Clifford Tyrone Browner suffering from gunshot wounds. Paramedics transported Browner to Atrium Health Navicent for medical treatment, but he was pronounced deceased at 4:18 a.m..
