In the early morning hours of a spring day in Macon, Georgia, a visit between friends turned into a scene of tragedy. On April 2, 2016, 22-year-old Wesley Alectus Jr., a male from South Carolina, was at the Shadowood West Apartments on West Highland Drive. He was inside an apartment with two other individuals, visiting a friend who resided there.
