Marquis Horne, a 34-year-old African American male from Milledgeville, Georgia, tragically lost his life on February 12, 2022, in Dublin, Georgia. On that fateful evening, Dublin Police Department officers were patrolling the area of Jefferson Street when they heard gunshots.
