Kelvis Whitley, a 28-year-old African American male from Wrightsville, Georgia, tragically lost his life on May 14, 2017, following a shooting incident at Club One World in Dublin, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early hours of Sunday morning after an altercation escalated into gunfire.
