Miyell Hernandez, a 4-year-old boy from Lithonia, GA, tragically died on February 27, 2022. The incident occurred in the parking lot of a Publix grocery store on Panola Road. Miyell, who was sitting in a car with his infant sibling and 13-year-old cousin, somehow got hold of an unsecured firearm and accidentally shot himself.
