On July 7, 2024, Jamarco Williams, a 25-year-old man, was fatally shot in DeKalb County, Georgia. The incident occurred in the early morning hours when officers from the DeKalb County Police Department responded to a call regarding a person shot in the 2300 block of Woodcrest Walk. Upon arrival, they found Williams deceased with multiple gunshot wounds inside a residence.
