On the evening of June 25, 2024, 19-year-old Kendarrius Jarnard Spear was found deceased on a sidewalk in the 5900 block of Sutcliffe Square, DeKalb County, Georgia. Responding officers discovered that he had suffered multiple gunshot wounds.
