On August 17, 2026, 21-year-old Austen Guin was found deceased in Lithonia, Georgia. His death was the result of gun violence. Law enforcement officials with the DeKalb County Police Department discovered Guin's body outside an apartment building in the 2700 block of Evans Mill Road. Officers had initially been dispatched to the location after receiving a report of a person down. Upon their arrival, they found Guin, who had sustained a fatal gunshot wound.
