Harold Irving, a 35-year-old African American man, tragically lost his life on April 14, 2022, in Jonesboro, Georgia. On that fateful day, Harold was driving his black Jeep Cherokee when a gray Kia Soul pulled alongside him at a red light. Shots were fired from the rear passenger side window of the Kia, striking Harold in the neck. Despite being rushed to Southern Regional Hospital, Harold was pronounced dead upon arrival.
