In the quiet community of Hart County, Georgia, a tragic event unfolded on May 9, 2022, that claimed the lives of a young couple. Jerece Seandrez Teasley, a 26-year-old male from Hartwell, and his girlfriend, 25-year-old Alexius Spencer of Bowersville, were found shot to death in a car on Redwine Church Road. The discovery sent shockwaves through the community, prompting a swift and intensive investigation by local authorities.
The Hart County Sheriff's Office responded to the scene
after receiving a call from a nearby resident who reported hearing multiple gunshots and seeing people fleeing from vehicles. Upon arrival, deputies discovered Mr. Teasley deceased in the driver's seat of a white Hyundai Sonata. Ms. Spencer was found approximately 400 feet up the road, having collapsed in the grass after being shot multiple times.
