In the early hours of May 14, 2023, a violent encounter in Oklahoma City led to the tragic death of Anthony Eteeyan. A member of the Northern Cheyenne Tribe and Prairie Band Potawatomi Nation, the 41-year-old man found himself in dire need of help in the 500 block of Couch Drive.
