In the warm evening hours of Saturday, August 17, 2024, a burst of gunfire shattered the peace at an apartment complex near Southwest 74th Street and May Avenue in Oklahoma City. When police officers arrived at the scene shortly after 9:15 p.m., they discovered a man suffering from gunshot wounds. He was identified as 31-year-old Emmanuel Williams Sr.
