Ryan Skeen, a 16-year-old white male from Warner Robins, GA, tragically lost his life on October 26, 2015. Ryan was a well-loved student at Veterans High School in Kathleen, where he was an active member of both the Cross Country and Wrestling teams. His untimely death occurred after he was shot in the neck in the 200 block of Franklin Square. Despite being placed on life support, Ryan succumbed to his injuries the following morning.
