Vincent Junior, a 28-year-old African American male, was tragically shot and killed on January 13, 2018, at the Tanglewood Apartments in Warner Robins, Georgia. The incident occurred around 6:00 p.m. in the living room of an apartment on Elberta Road. According to reports, Vincent Junior was involved in an argument with his friend, Daniel Bruce Franz, over a bag of marijuana.
