Jarvis Keondre' Rouse, a 20-year-old African American male, tragically lost his life on November 29, 2014, in Warner Robins, Georgia. The incident occurred at a party on Carter Circle, just off Watson Boulevard. According to reports, the altercation began when a man bumped into Jarvis, leading to a heated argument.
