Enrique Arturo Burgess, affectionately known as "Bolón" or "Locko," was born on October 4, 1958, in Río Abajo, Republic of Panama. He immigrated to the United States in 1977 and eventually settled in Warner Robins, Georgia, in 1994. Enrique was a beloved father and grandfather, survived by his children, Chiquita D.
