Lieutenant Charles A. "Bo" Harrison, a 57-year-old veteran of the Pasco County Sheriff's Office, was tragically killed on June 1, 2003, in Lacoochee, Florida. Harrison, who had served the department for 31 years and was just 15 days away from retirement, was shot while sitting in his patrol car.
