Herman Denis, an 18-year-old male from Delray Beach, FL, was tragically shot and killed on March 22, 2016. The incident occurred in the 700 block of Southwest 9th Street, where Denis was a passenger in a silver Cadillac Escalade. According to witnesses, the suspected shooter, Jean Wesner Desty, 38, approached the vehicle and shot Denis through the window.
