Benjamin Franklin Williams, aged 60, tragically lost his life on May 23, 2015, in Oakland, California. The incident occurred in the 900 block of 54th Street in North Oakland around 2:40 p.m. Williams was one of three victims in a deadly shooting that also claimed the lives of Darryl Robinson, 59, and Raymond E.
