Karongie Louis Bell, a 23-year-old resident of Sacramento, California, tragically lost his life on August 27, 2020, in East Oakland. The incident occurred around 8:40 p.m. on the 1100 block of 76th Avenue, where Bell was found with multiple gunshot wounds. He was subsequently transported to a hospital, where he succumbed to his injuries.
