Karlin Watts

Karlin Watts, a 46-year-old resident of Oakland, California, was tragically shot to death on September 19, 2019. The incident occurred in the 1400 block of 85th Avenue in East Oakland, a neighborhood Watts was known to frequent. He was found dead at approximately 9:14 p.m. that evening.
