Elijah Antonio Allen Jr., an 18-year-old resident of Oakland, California, tragically lost his life on March 3, 2013. The incident occurred at the intersection of 28th and Myrtle streets in West Oakland, where Elijah was fatally shot in a drive-by shooting.
