Ernesto Herrera, a 29-year-old man from Oakland, California, was tragically shot and killed on June 24, 2020. The incident occurred around 2:05 a.m. on the 9100 block of E Street in Oakland. According to police reports, Herrera, who was homeless at the time, was involved in an argument with Abraham Salgado-Alfaro, who had recently turned 18.
