The investigation into Colin's
death led authorities to Hiram Gonzalez, a 46-year-old man from the Lake Worth area. Gonzalez and Colin were known to each other through previous drug transactions. On the day of the incident, Gonzalez claimed that a confrontation occurred between them, during which Colin allegedly demanded $2,000 at gunpoint.
