Malcolm Franklin Baker, a 29-year-old African American male, was tragically killed on November 14, 2014, in Jacksonville, Florida. He was found alongside another victim, Stefan Terrell Robinson, also 29, at a residence on Cottage Avenue. Both men had suffered fatal gunshot wounds. The Jacksonville Sheriff's Office responded to the scene following reports of gunfire in the area.
